Cybersecurity Startup Seeking for a Data Analyst Team Lead

Position Summary:

Lead all data analysis initiatives, enhancing our core product strategy, accuracy, and innovation. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of experienced data analysts and working closely with multiple stakeholders, including engineering leaders, CTO, DevOps, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to strategize, innovate, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Spearhead the exploration of new data sources and evaluation techniques, incorporating machine learning and AI to improve processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper interpretation of results across all projects.
• Be part of the R&D leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.

 Requirements:

•  5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• BSc/BA required (MSc/MA preferred) in a relevant field.
•  Proven track record of leading analytical teams and projects.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
•  Strong technical proficiency with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R)
• Experience in developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in the cyber-security industry – an advantage.
• Background in network or web technologies – an advantage.
